The Layered Onion is a community of artists with mental and emotional health challenges. It is critical for those with lived experience to show how art can be an important tool in healing. By sharing our art and literature with the many touched by mental health, we can bring our work out from the shadows and show how working collectively we can change the dialogue around mental health.
